要想使学生认真学习获取知识,就要让学生对学习感兴趣。教育学认为:兴趣是最好的老师,是激发学生学习的源泉。我国古代的大教育家孔子也说:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”可见,激发学生学习兴趣在学习过程中的作用是多么重要。如何激发小学生学习语文的兴趣呢?一、教师的人格魅力,是激发小学生学习语文兴趣的起点很多小学生喜欢学习哪门功课,很大程度就取决于带他这门功课的老师。这就是教师人格魅力的体现。
