将鼻咽癌单克隆细胞株CNE-2Z-H5移植于裸鼠,待移植瘤发生转移后,取其淋巴结和肺转移灶癌组织移植裸鼠,如此重复2~4个循环后,观察每代移植瘤的转移表型及肿瘤细胞c-myc、c-fos、bcl-2癌基因蛋白的表达。结果表明:随着肿瘤细胞的演进,每代移植瘤的转移率增高,且转移途径更为单一;肿瘤细胞c-myc、bcl-2癌基因蛋白的表达增强;c-fos癌基因蛋白的表达降低。提示:肿瘤细胞的演进、转移及癌基因蛋白的表达存在一定的关系。
The nasopharyngeal carcinoma monoclonal cell line CNE-2Z-H5 was transplanted into nude mice. After the tumors had metastasized, their lymph nodes and lung metastases were transplanted into nude mice. After repeated 2 to 4 cycles, each generation was observed. The metastatic phenotype of transplanted tumors and the expression of c-myc, c-fos and bcl-2 oncogene proteins in tumor cells. The results showed that with the evolution of tumor cells, the metastasis rate of each transplanted tumor increased, and the transfer pathway was more uniform; the expression of c-myc and bcl-2 oncogene proteins was enhanced; the expression of c-fos oncogene protein reduce. Tip: There is a certain relationship between the evolution and metastasis of tumor cells and the expression of oncoproteins.
