试验基于鲁米诺在碱性条件下可以与铁氰化钾产生化学发光,建立一种测定饮用水中桔霉素的流动注射化学发光新方法。经正交试验得到最佳试验条件为:鲁米诺浓度6×10-4 mol/L,鲁米诺pH 13.6,铁氰化钾浓度6×10-4mol/L。在最佳试验条件下,方法的线性范围为5×10-3 mg/L~1.0 mg/L,检出限为4.92×10-5 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.89%(n=11)。试验表明,方法具有操作简单快速,灵敏度高,成本低,自动化程度高,很容易实现在线监测和即时预警等优点,可用于饮用水中桔霉素的在线检测和应急预警。
Based on the luminol chemiluminescence with potassium ferricyanide in alkaline conditions, a new flow-injection chemiluminescence method was established for the determination of citrinin in drinking water. The optimum experimental conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment were: luminol concentration 6 × 10-4 mol / L, luminol pH 13.6, potassium ferricyanide concentration 6 × 10-4mol / L. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of the method was 5 × 10-3 mg / L ~ 1.0 mg / L with the detection limit of 4.92 × 10-5 mg / L and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 6.89% (n = 11). The test shows that the method has the advantages of simple and quick operation, high sensitivity, low cost, high degree of automation, easy on-line monitoring and real-time early warning, and can be used for on-line detection and emergency warning of citrinin in drinking water.
