1.分值大体持平,法基比重稍大《法律基础与思想道德修养》由法律基础和思想道德修养两部分组成,在试卷中,这两部分都有反映。同以往历年的情况基本一样,这两部分在试卷中的分值大体持平,只是法律基础部分所占比重略大一些。具体地看,在30分的单项选择题中,法律基础18分,思想道德修养12分;在20分的多项选择题中,法律基础8分,思想道德修养12分;在26分的简答题中,法律基础14分,思想道德修养12分;在24分的论述题中,法律基础12分,思想道德修养12分。整套试卷中,法律基础共52分,占52%,思想道德修养共48分,占48%。
