本文通过对直角进口直流式喷咀(以下均简称直流喷咀)中流态的试验研究,指出在实际流动中存在两种流态——常态流和非常态流;同一喷咀在喷咀前后压降⊿P、反压腔压力P_0相同的条件下,后者的流线与前者不同,流量、喷射角亦较前者为大,雾化情况亦较前者良好,且有可能产生气穴现象,伴随气穴现象的出现,系统管道中的液流产生明显的压力脉动。 最后,对影响气穴产生的因素作了初步探讨,并指出选用直流喷咀作为燃料组元的雾化装置时应注意的若干问题。
