关于企业自办学校 一、经当地政府批准的试点企业,可将自办的中小学移交当地政府。在移交过程中,学校资产应整体无偿划拨。企业自办中小学校原来所负担的经费经政府和企业协商,一般可确定基数,由企业继续负担,以后增加的部分由地方财政负担;有条件的地区可以根据地方财政状况和企业实际情况采取多种形式协商解决。学校人员应以移交前在职人员为基础,专任教师按国家有关规定标准审定合格后接收,非教学人员按当地同类学校编制比例划转。
