目的:探讨土鳖虫水提物对化疗药物环磷酰胺抗H22肿瘤的增效减毒作用。方法:将接种H22肿瘤的小鼠分为模型对照组、CTX组、土鳖虫水提物组和土鳖虫水提物+CTX组。给药10天,检测各组小鼠的抑瘤率、脾脏指数和胸腺指数,分析土鳖虫水提物对CTX的减毒增效作用。结果:土鳖虫水提物可抑制H22肿瘤的生长,抑瘤率为38.76%。单用CTX组抑瘤率为36.95%,联用土鳖虫水提物组抑瘤率为47.28%,与单用CTX组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。与模型组比较CTX组胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著降低,但联合土鳖虫水提物组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数与CTX相比显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:土鳖虫水提物对H22肿瘤具有抑制作用,对化疗药物CTX具有增效减毒作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the synergistic and attenuated effects of water extract of Eupolyphaga sinensis on chemotherapeutic agents cyclophosphamide against H22 tumors. Methods: Mice inoculated with H22 tumor were divided into model control group, CTX group, Eupolyphaga et acidus extract and Eupolyphaga sinensis + CTX group. After administration for 10 days, the inhibitory rate, spleen index and thymus index of mice in each group were detected, and the attenuated and synergistic effect of water extract of Eupolyphaga sinensis on CTX was analyzed. Results: Eupolyphaga extract could inhibit the growth of H22 tumor with the inhibition rate of 38.76%. The inhibition rate of CTX alone group was 36.95%. The inhibition rate of water extract group was 47.28%, which was significantly different from CTX group (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the thymus index and spleen index of CTX group decreased significantly, but the thymus index and spleen index of the water extract group were significantly higher than that of CTX (P <0.05). Conclusion: The water extract of Eupolyphaga sinensis has inhibitory effect on H22 tumor and has synergistic effect and attenuation effect on CTX.
