喷涂抹灰一般采用柱塞式灰浆泵或灰气联合泵,也有的采用挤压式砂浆泵。不论采用哪一种型式的灰浆泵,都是借助压缩空气,通过胶管,把砂浆喷到墙面上,灰浆泵和空压机管路各自独立,不能联动,给施工带来很多的麻烦:1.需要把电源引到装修位置,用规定的电铃信号进行上下联系,由于组装车上几种机械组合在一起,响声很大,很难执行指令,同时也常出现信号误解现象。2.需设低压变压器、电铃等设备及导线,同时按钮开关不能由喷涂操作人自行控制,这样,一个信号需经过几次接力传递才到执行人员,时间准确性出入很大,剩灰或不足的情况时有发生。
