目的:建立灯盏花滴丸中乙醇、正丁醇残留量的测定方法。方法:采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,1.80μm),载气为氮气,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温90℃;顶空进样,进样口温度200℃;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),检测器温度250℃。结果:乙醇和正丁醇线性范围分别为0.0201~1.0067 mg.mL-1(r=0.9998)和0.0200~1.0020 mg.mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.1%和105.1%。结论:该方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确,适合灯盏花滴丸中有机溶剂残留量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ethanol and n-butanol in Dengzhanhua drop pills. Methods: A DB-624 capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm, 1.80 μm) was used. The carrier gas was nitrogen and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 90 ℃. ; Flame ionization detector (FID), detector temperature 250 ℃. Results: The linear range of ethanol and n-butanol was 0.0201-1.0067 mg.mL-1 (r = 0.9998) and 0.0200-1.0020 mg.mL-1 (r = 0.9998) .The average recovery was 101.1% And 105.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of organic solvent residues in Dengzhanhua drop pills.
