在传统的体育课堂教学中,教师往往只在乎学生的身体素质是否达标,如果学生的身体素质不能达标,就强制性要求学生锻炼身体,直至身体素质达标。这种传统的体育教学方法不但不能激发学生锻炼身体的兴趣,反而使学生将锻炼身体当作一种“苦差事”。新课改提出体育教师要引导学生自主地锻炼身体,为了达到这一教学目的,初中体育教师要优化教学环境,让学生愿意在良好的学习环境中自主地锻炼身体。一、优化体育教学方法
In the traditional teaching of physical education, teachers often only care about whether the physical quality of students is up to standard. If the physical quality of students can not meet the standards, the students are required to exercise their physical fitness until the physical quality standards. This traditional method of physical education not only can not stimulate students’ interest in exercising, but also makes students use their exercise as a kind of “hard work”. The new curriculum reform proposed that PE teachers should guide students to exercise their bodies autonomously. To achieve this goal, PE teachers in junior high schools should optimize the teaching environment and make students willing to exercise themselves in a good learning environment. First, optimize physical education methods
