目的使用解偶联蛋白2(UCP2)抑制剂京尼平抑制UCP2功能,解偶联剂羰基-氰-对-三氟甲氧基苯腙(FCCP)模拟UCP2的解偶联作用,研究UCP2、活性氧(ROS)水平和人卵巢癌细胞顺铂(DDP)耐药性之间的关系。方法COC1/DDP细胞分为空白组、FCCP组、京尼平组、DDP组、DDP联合FCCP组和DDP联合京尼平组,测定各组细胞的凋亡率和ROS产量,使用SPSS 19.0进行独立样本t检验。结果在不同浓度的顺铂联合用药条件下,京尼平表现为促进细胞凋亡(P<0.05),FCCP则显著抑制细胞凋
