目的 :研究胶体金法隐球菌抗原检测与传统检测方法的灵敏度差异,探讨其在早期检出隐球菌感染中的价值。方法 :回顾性分析了浙江大学医学院附属第二医院的28例隐球菌感染患者,比较了墨汁染色法、真菌培养法和胶体金法隐球菌抗原检测的结果,评价各自的灵敏度,并比较了不同标本类型对检测结果的影响。结果 :墨汁染色法、真菌培养法和胶体金法隐球菌抗原检测法的灵敏度分别为17.6%,2.1%和86.7%,在隐球菌性脑膜炎组,血液标本和脑脊液标本对于胶体金法隐球菌抗原检测的灵敏度分别为83.3%和100%,在隐球菌性肺炎组,血液标本和肺泡灌洗液标本对于胶体金法隐球菌抗原检测的灵敏度分别为94.7%和83.3%。结论 :胶体金法隐球菌抗原检测灵敏度高,可作为早期检出隐球菌感染的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the difference of sensitivity between Cryptococcus antigen and traditional detection methods of colloidal gold, and to explore its value in early detection of cryptococcal infection. Methods: 28 patients with cryptococcal infection in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College were retrospectively analyzed. Conclusion: The detection of Cryptococcus neoformans antigen is highly sensitive and can be used as an early detection method of cryptococcal infection.
