The labor contract law directly affects the distribution of the rights and obligations of laborers and employers. The purpose of the legislation is “to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties to the labor contract, to establish and develop a harmonious and stable labor relation and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers” . The promulgation and implementation of the Labor Contract Law have brought a significant impact on the management of enterprise human resources.
