湖南省卫生厅和医药管理局于6月16日在长沙共同主持由中南制药厂研制的二丙谷酰胺技术鉴定会。二丙谷酰胺化学名4-苯甲酰胺基-N,N-二丙基-DL-戊酰胺酸,国外商品名 milid,promid。它是该厂在调研国外资料的基础上于1979年开始试制的。样品经测试其结构与国外产品 proglumide 完全一致,并在全国9个省市16所医院进行临床验证。根据可统计的治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡病233例的近期疗效观察,每日口服1.2～1.6g,疗程4～8周,溃疡愈合138例,好转58例,总有效率为84.1%。其中十二指肠溃疡患者149例,愈
Hunan Provincial Health Department and the Administration of Medicine co-chaired the Dipropylene Glutamine Technical Appraisal meeting, which was developed by Zhongnan Pharmaceutical Factory in Changsha on June 16.
