目的:评价倍频Nd∶YAG激光视网膜光凝治疗白内障人工晶状体植入术后糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法:对47例(79眼)行白内障人工晶状体植入术后的糖尿病视网膜病变患者,在眼底荧光血管造影指导下,早期应用倍频Nd∶YAG激光进行视网膜光凝治疗。随访6个月~3年。结果:视力提高26眼,占32.9%,视力不变47眼,占59.5%,视力下降6眼,占7.6%,总有效率92.4%。结论:白内障术后早期进行倍频Nd∶YAG激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜眼底病变临床效果显著。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of double-frequency Nd:YAG laser retinal photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy after cataract surgery. Methods: Forty-seven patients (79 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy after implantation of cataract and intraocular lens implantation under the guidance of fundus fluorescein angiography were treated with double-frequency Nd:YAG laser for retinal photocoagulation. Follow-up 6 months to 3 years. Results: The visual acuity improved in 26 eyes, accounting for 32.9%, unchanged in 47 eyes, accounting for 59.5%, visual acuity decreased in 6 eyes, accounting for 7.6%. The total effective rate was 92.4%. Conclusion: The clinical effect of double-frequency Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinal fundus lesions in the early postoperative period is significant.
