一、前言交换带轮变速系统广泛用于单轴纵切自动车床等类型机床上。如图1所示,在CM1107型精密单轴纵切自动车床主传动系统中,A、B为交换带轮变速机构,该机构使用纤维平皮带,设计成两种长度,以减小两带轮间的中心距调整量,紧缩机床横向尺寸。本文着重阐述当机床主轴转速系列为几何级数,使用最少的备用交换带轮时,传动比和带轮直径尺寸的内在联系。
