小众图书因其个性化突出、专业性强、发行量小,构成了图书市场的长尾。“互联网+”时代,小众图书应在数字出版的趋势下梳理思路,盘活资源,探索途径,使小众图书数字化。文章以陶瓷图书为例,探索小众图书数字化之路。首先,明确陶瓷图书数字化的表现形式及针对不同用户群体的定位差异;其次,结合陶瓷自身所具有的特点,提出在陶瓷图书数字资源建设中,注意环境因素与器物本体信息采集等关键问题;最后,分析陶瓷图书数字化特点,以小见大、抛砖引玉,谨供其他小众图书数字化建设借鉴。
Small niche books because of their prominent personality, professionalism, circulation is small, constitutes the long tail of the book market. In the era of “Internet + ”, minority books should sort out their ideas under the trend of digital publishing, activate their resources and explore ways to digitize their niche books.
