He-Ne激光对增强紫外线-B辐射小麦叶片胞质ATP酶活性的影响

为探讨He-Ne激光对UV-B辐射损伤修复途径,采用He-Ne激光(5 mW·mm~(-2))辐照方法,对增强UV-B(10.08 kJ·m~(-2)·d~(-1))辐射下的六日龄小麦叶片胞质中的Ca~(2+)-ATP酶,Mg~(2+)-ATP酶和Na~+/K~+-ATP酶活力变化进行研究。结果表明,经UV-B处理(B)后,小麦叶片中的Ca~(2+)-ATP酶和Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性低于对照组(CK)(P<0.01),Na~+/K~+-ATP酶活性高于对照组(CK)(P>0.05);单独激光(L)处理,小麦叶片中的Ca~(2+)-ATP酶,Mg~(2+)-ATP酶和Na~+/K~+-ATP酶活性高于对照组(P<0.01);经He-Ne激光和UV-B复合处理(BL)后,小麦叶片中Ca~(2+)-ATP酶和Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性高于UV-B处理组,低于对照组,而Na~+/K~+-ATP酶的活性高于对照组。说明He-Ne激光能够提高ATP酶活性。表明He-Ne激光对增强UV-B辐射造成小麦的损伤具有一定的修复作用。 To investigate the repair pathways of UV-B radiation by He-Ne laser, He-Ne laser (5 mW · mm -2) was used to enhance the UV-B radiation (10.08 kJ · m -2) The Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase, Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase and Na ~ + / K ~ + -ATPase in the cytoplasm of six-day-old wheat Vibrant research. He-Ne laser can increase ATPase activity. It shows that He-Ne laser has a certain repair effect on enhancing the damage of wheat caused by UV-B radiation.
