目的揭示癌组织中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)球形体的超微结构特征。方法通过透射电镜观察Hp球形体感染阳性的4例胃癌、2例食管癌组织中Hp球形体的超微结构。结果Hp球形体多散在性分布于癌巢、癌间质以及进入癌细胞、巨噬细胞等细胞胞质。Hp球形体与其他细菌的L型样,形态不规则,呈多形性,且大小不等、胞质电子密度不等、胞壁缺失等。Hp球形体有A、B两种类型,A种体积较小,胞浆致密,细胞膜上带有鞭毛,此种活性较强;B种体积较大,胞浆疏松,细胞膜上不带鞭毛,此种可能已蜕变结论Hp球形体仍具有活性,在Hp的传播、相关疾病的治疗复发和相关肿瘤的发生过程中起重要的作用。 Objective To reveal the ultrastructure of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) spheroids in cancer tissues. Methods Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of Hp spheroids in 4 cases of gastric cancer positive for Hp sporozoite infection and 2 cases of esophageal cancer.
