本文在对影响涡流室式柴油机燃油消耗率的3个主要因素进行分析的基础上,提出了一种新型涡流室镶块连接通道形状,并在一台单缸柴油机上分别进行连接通道和主燃烧室形状的改进设计。实验结果表明,改进后的镶块连接通道能有效的增加流通系数(尤其是在高速高负荷时),减少节流损失,降低燃油消耗率,而非对称式双涡流主燃烧室能加快主燃烧室的扩散燃烧,改进后的涡流室式柴油机在标定工况下与原机的燃油消耗率相比下降了2.0%左右。
