中国经济体制改革研究会会长童大林最近在分析改革难以逆转的原因时指出,有以下四种因素较为重要:一、农民是坚持改革的重要力量。十年改革,使中国农民得到了实惠,尽管目前农民又遇到许多困难,但若有谁让农民重新回到人民公社去,他们是不答应的。任何英雄豪杰,都不可忽视农村所蕴含的巨大力量。二、崛起了一大批企业家。这批迅速崛起的企业家,将成为历史舞台上的主角。因为相当一部分社会财富是企业界创造的,要企业家不改革,显然办不到。
In the recent analysis of the reasons why reforms are difficult to reverse, Tong Dalin, president of China’s Economic Reform Research Institute, pointed out the following four factors are more important: First, peasants are an important force in upholding the reform.
