采用模拟试验研究的方法,探讨了环锚预应力混凝土衬砌结构锚具槽回填混凝土自由膨胀变形与膨胀应力的关系。选择膨胀剂掺量分别为1%、2%、3%、4%、5%和6%成型混凝土试件,测定从混凝土浇筑后开始直至变形稳定后的自由膨胀变形和膨胀应力。结果表明,自由膨胀量和膨胀应力与膨胀剂用量密切相关,膨胀剂用量越大,自由膨胀量越大,所产生的膨胀应力也越大。产生膨胀变形时混凝土的变形模量是决定膨胀应力大小的关键因素,混凝土处于塑性阶段的膨胀变形不产生膨胀应力。当膨胀剂用量为6%时,实测混凝土中的膨胀压力为1.16 MPa。
The relationship between the free expansion deformation and the expansion stress of the anchored grooved backfill concrete in the ring anchor prestressed concrete lining structure was discussed by means of the simulation experiment. The concrete specimens with 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% and 6% swelling agents were selected to measure the free expansion deformation and expansion stress after concrete pouring until the deformation stabilized. The results show that the free expansion and the expansion stress are closely related to the dosage of the expander. The larger the expander dosage is, the larger the free expansion is and the larger the expansion stress is. The deformation modulus of concrete during expansion deformation is the key factor that determines the size of expansion stress. The expansion deformation of concrete in the plastic phase does not produce the expansion stress. When the expander dosage is 6%, the measured expansion pressure in concrete is 1.16 MPa.
