利用X光衍射技术结合金相观察和扫描电镜能-波谱分析,测定了Ni-B-Si系、Ni-Cr-B-Si系和Ni-Cr-Mo-B-Si系热喷涂粉末的金相组织。结果表明:基体是以镍为基的固溶体,它们分别为Ni-Si固溶体、Ni-Cr-Cu固溶体和Ni-Cr-Mo固溶体,其晶格参数因固溶元素的不同而异:而析出的硼化物、硅化物和碳化物的类型的成分也因组元的不同而有所差别。Ni-B-Si系合金粉末出现Ni_3Si超结构相;而另外二种合金粉末中均发现有M_3B_2硬质相,该相的成分为(Mo_(0.55)Cr_(0.35Ni_(0.69Fe_(0.01)_3B_2。
The X-ray diffraction, metallographic observation and scanning electron microscopy (EDS) -spectral analysis were used to determine the gold content of Ni-B-Si, Ni-Cr-B-Si and Ni-Cr-Mo-B-Si thermal spray powders Phase organization.
