目的:研究Galectin-3与OPN在乳腺癌细胞中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法和组织芯片技术,检测Galec-tin-3与OPN在115例乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)组织与49例乳腺良性病变组织中的表达。结果:OPN在乳腺IDC和乳腺良性病变组织中的阳性表达率均较高,分别为99.0%(102/103)和94.6%(35/37)。Galectin-3在乳腺IDC组织中的阳性率为86.4%(89/103),其中高表达率和中等表达率分别为20.4%(21/103)和34.1%(35/103),而在良性病变组织中为低表达。两者相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。乳腺IDC组织中,OPN和Galectin-3表达与患者年龄、腋下淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度以及临床分期相关,P<0.05。结论:Galec-tin-3表达在乳腺癌肿瘤细胞的演进中可能起到促进作用,并能够增加患者发生淋巴结转移的可能性。OPN可能导致恶性肿瘤的形成,在其发生与发展过程中起到重要作用。
Objective: To study the expression of Galectin-3 and OPN in breast cancer cells and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of Galec-tin-3 and OPN in 115 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast (IDC) and 49 cases of benign breast lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray. Results: The positive rates of OPN in breast IDC and benign breast lesions were 99.0% (102/103) and 94.6% (35/37), respectively. The positive rate of Galectin-3 in breast IDC tissues was 86.4% (89/103), of which the high expression rate and the moderate expression rate were 20.4% (21/103) and 34.1% (35/103), respectively, while in benign lesions Low expression in tissues. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P <0.05. The expression of OPN and Galectin-3 in breast IDC tissues correlated with age, lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation and clinical stage (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Galec-tin-3 expression may play a catalytic role in the progression of breast cancer cells and may increase the possibility of lymph node metastasis in patients. OPN may lead to the formation of malignant tumors, plays an important role in its occurrence and development.
