晚期胰腺癌常有梗阻性黄疸、阵发性绞痛或持续性进行性加重的钝痛,有时还可并发急性胆管炎、癌性腹膜炎。胰腺癌的治疗以手术切除为主,我科于1995年3月～1999年12月共收治晚期胰腺癌26例,经姑息性手术和术后综合治疗,取得了一定的治疗效果。现就治疗体会报告如下。
Late pancreatic cancer often has obstructive jaundice, paroxysmal colic, or persistent progressive aggravation of dull pain, sometimes complicated by acute cholangitis and cancerous peritonitis. The treatment of pancreatic cancer is mainly surgical resection. Our department received 26 cases of advanced pancreatic cancer from March 1995 to December 1999. After palliative surgery and postoperative comprehensive treatment, we achieved a certain therapeutic effect. The treatment experience is reported below.
