：
目的探讨尿道狭窄术后勃起功能障碍患者的围手术期护理。方法术前注重心理护理及患者准备,术后做好引流管、伤口、疼痛管理及并发症预控,恢复期加强术后假体的使用指导及维护

目的探讨尿道狭窄术后勃起功能障碍患者的围手术期护理。方法术前注重心理护理及患者准备,术后做好引流管、伤口、疼痛管理及并发症预控,恢复期加强术后假体的使用指导及维护保健指导。结果 6周后尝试性交并能满意地完成,未发生感染、假体机械故障及移位等并发症,生活质量明显改善,患者及伴侣对手术效果满意。结论阴茎假体植入术治疗创伤性骨盆骨折及后尿道手术后引起的器质性勃起功能障碍,有效改善患者及伴侣的生活质量。
