档案信息资源建设生命周期理论依据电子文件生命周期理论及档案信息资源建设工作的内容,将档案信息资源建设工作划分为设计、选择、形成、发布、维护五个阶段。“互联网+”作为一个大的虚拟环境,虽然不会改变档案信息资源建设工作的各个阶段,但是它为其发展提供了新的技术支持。可以说,档案信息资源建设生命周期理论对于完善档案信息资源建设工作、推动档案信息资源建设工作融入“互联网+”环境,起着重要的作用。
