尽管我国属于1型糖尿病(T1DM)发病率较低的国家,但由于人口基数巨大,患病人数不容小觑。现有数据显示,我国1型糖尿病人群面临着急慢性并发症发生率高、血糖达标率低和寿命低的严峻形势。规范胰岛素治疗是改善1型糖尿病治疗现状的重要手段,为此中华医学会糖尿病学分会专门结合中国国情发布了《中国1型糖尿病胰岛素治疗指南》。
Although our country is a country with a low incidence of type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM), the number of people affected should not be underestimated due to the huge population base. The available data show that people with type 1 diabetes in China are faced with the severe situation of high incidence of acute and chronic complications, low blood sugar compliance rate and low life expectancy. To standardize insulin therapy is an important means to improve the status quo of type 1 diabetes treatment. Therefore, the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association has released “Guide to Insulin Treatment of Type 1 Diabetes in China” based on China’s national conditions.
