目的对荨麻根的脂溶性成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱以及半制备HPLC等方法分离、纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从荨麻根乙酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了21个成分,分别为:(-)-荨麻醇(1)、(-)-开环异落叶松脂素(2)、23-羟基白桦脂酸(3)、2α,3β,24-三羟基-齐墩果-12-烯-28-羧酸(4)、臭矢菜素A(5)、二氢-4-羟基-5-羟甲基-2(3H)-呋喃酮(6)、绿原酸甲酯(7)、山柰酚(8)、松脂素单甲基醚-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、罗汉松脂素-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、环橄榄脂素-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、烟酰胺(13)、反式咖啡酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)、七叶苷(15)、5-羟基-7-甲氧基香豆素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(16)、6-甲氧基-木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(17)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(18)、槲皮素-3-O-(4″-甲氧基)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(19)、2’-脱氧尿苷(20)和芹菜素-6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(21)。结论除化合物8、12外,其余19个成分均为首次从荨麻中分得;化合物5、6、9、10、11、14、16、17、19均为首次从荨麻科植物中发现。
Objective To study the fat-soluble components of nettle root. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. RESULTS: Twenty-one components were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction of Nettle root, which were (-) - nettle alcohol (1), (-) - ring opened isolactorhinol (2), 23-hydroxy betulinic acid (3), 2α, 3β, 24-trihydroxy-olean-12-ene-28- carboxylic acid (4), Omeprazole A (5), dihydro-4-hydroxy- (9), 2 (3H) -furanone (6), methyl chlorophosphate (7), kaempferol (8) Podocarboxylin-4-O-β-D-glucoside (10), Cyclamenol-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11) - glucoside (12), nicotinamide (13), trans caffeic acid -4-O-β-D-glucoside (14), esculin (15), 5- hydroxy-7-methoxy coumarin O-β-D-glucoside (16), 6-methoxy-luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (17), luteolin- (18), quercetin-3-O- (4 "-methoxy) -alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (19), 2’-deoxyuridine (20) and apigenin -6,8-di-C-β-D-glucoside (21) .Conclusion The other 19 compounds were obtained from nettles for the first time except compound 8 and 12, while compounds 5, 6, 11,14,16,17,19 are the first from the nettle plant Found.
