概论金属合金的热处理结果取决于热性能、机械性能和组织结构方面的很多现象之相互影响(产品在获得使用性能的同时经常出现残余应力)。对这种相互影响的研究是复杂的,有必要拟订出特别细致而简化了的假设。在第一阶段,我们将研究因析出而硬化的铝合金。在淬火时,这些合金未发生组织变形,从而有助于加强对热处理和加工工艺之间关系的研究,避免了因研究组织变化而分散精力。
Introduction The results of the heat treatment of metal alloys depend on the interplay between many phenomena in thermal, mechanical and organizational structures (products often exhibit residual stresses at the point of use). Research on this interaction is complex and it is necessary to develop particularly detailed and simplified assumptions. In the first stage, we will study the precipitation due to harden the aluminum alloy. When quenched, these alloys did not deform, thus helping to strengthen the study of the relationship between heat treatment and processing technology, avoiding the distractions that result from studying organizational changes.
