目的:建立一种理想的肝硬化模型的复制方法。方法:采用四氯化碳和食用白酒诱导80只雄性SD大鼠。实验期间四氯化碳和食用白酒的浓度在一定范围内逐步增加。观察所有大鼠在经四氯化碳等处理9周后肝脏的病理变化。结果:采用上述方法诱导9周后大鼠死亡率为6.3%,病理检查显示假小叶形成率为92.5%。结论:适度地提高四氯化碳的浓度并采用食用白酒替代医用乙醇溶液诱导大鼠肝硬化模型死亡率低、成功率高。
Objective: To establish an ideal replication method for cirrhosis model. Methods: Eighty male SD rats were induced by carbon tetrachloride and edible liquor. During the experiment, the concentration of carbon tetrachloride and edible liquor gradually increased within a certain range. The pathological changes of the liver in all rats after 9 weeks of treatment with carbon tetrachloride and the like were observed. Results: The mortality rate of rats induced by the above method was 6.3% after 9 weeks. The pathological examination showed that the false lobule formation rate was 92.5%. Conclusion: The moderate increase of carbon tetrachloride concentration and the use of edible white spirit instead of medical ethanol solution induced liver cirrhosis model with low mortality and high success rate.
