沂沭泗水系地跨苏鲁两省,水利问题,关系到两省人民的切身利益。多年来,因为水,这个地区的水事纠纷频繁发生。有鉴于此,1981年10月,国务院批准了水利部关于对南四湖和沂沭河水利工程进行统一管理的请示,以期从根本上消除沂沭泗地区多年来不断发生的水利纠纷,维护该地区的安定团结和生产发展。随着沂沭泗水利管理局及其所属管理机构的相继成立,沂沭泗水系开始了由流域管理机构统一管理的新征程。
Yishusawa Sulu two provinces across the water system, water issues, relates to the vital interests of the people of the two provinces. For years, water disputes in the area have been frequent because of water. In view of this, in October 1981, the State Council approved the invitation of the Ministry of Water Resources for the unified management of the Nansi Lake and Yishu River Water Conservancy Project with a view to eliminating the continuous water dispute over the years in Yishusi area and safeguarding Regional stability and unity and production development. With the establishment of Yishusi Water Resources Management Bureau and its subordinate management agencies, Yishusawa Water System started a new journey unified management by river basin authorities.
