目的:探讨CTA成像技术在主动脉瘤,夹层动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对临床怀疑主动脉瘤,夹层动脉瘤的32例患者成功地进行CTA检查,扫描延迟时间采用造影剂跟踪扫描(Bolus Tracking)。采用三维工作站对数据进行MIP、MPR、CPR(曲面重建)、VRT(容积漫游技术)、VE(仿真内镜)重建。结果:32例主动脉多排螺旋CT血管三维成像,经MIP、MRP、CRP、VRT等方法成像,可清晰显示动脉瘤体及夹层动脉瘤的真假腔及破裂口。结论:CTA的MIP、MPR及VRT技术在显示主动脉瘤,夹层动脉瘤方面各有其优势并可相互补充,从而清楚地显示动脉瘤及其与周围的组织关系。主动脉多排螺旋CT血管三维成像(MSCTA3D)是一种安全、有效、无创性的检查,临床上值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of CTA imaging in the diagnosis of aortic aneurysm and dissecting aneurysm. Methods: CTA was successfully performed in 32 patients with clinically suspected aortic aneurysm and dissecting aneurysm, and the scanning delay was assessed by Bolus Tracking. Three-dimensional workstations were used to perform MIP, MPR, CPR (surface reconstruction), VRT (volume roaming) and VE (simulated endoscopy) reconstruction. Results: Three-dimensional multi-slice spiral CT images of aorta were imaged by MIP, MRP, CRP and VRT, which could clearly show the true and false lumen and rupture of aneurysm and dissecting aneurysm. CONCLUSIONS: The CTA MIP, MPR and VRT techniques each have their own advantages and complement each other in displaying aortic aneurysm and dissecting aneurysms, clearly showing the aneurysm and its relationship to the surrounding tissue. Aortic multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging (MSCTA3D) is a safe, effective, noninvasive examination, clinically worthy of promotion.
