经生产贮藏效果试验,定型贮藏技术适合选小花蕾的花椰菜型品种,花球浓绿紧实未松散时采收,立即贮入,去叶用0.03毫米聚乙烯单球密封袋口包装,在-0.5±1℃贮藏1~1.5个月,可保持采收时外观、品质、无腐烂零点,失重<0.5%;贮藏两个月好花球率90%以上。如欲进一步延长贮期,可加抽气和仲丁胺熏蒸处理。此技术效果贮期较目前国际报导延长3—4倍。且外观品质不变,保鲜效果突出。
