目的分析Ⅲ期食管中段癌外科治疗的临床疗效。方法采用经左胸或右胸径路手术治疗572例Ⅲ期食管中段癌。结果总切除率为79.7%,术后并发症发生率为8.8%,手术死亡率为1.1%;1年、3年和5年生存率分别为76.1%、39.1%和19.3%。结论Ⅲ期食管中段癌能否切除,取决于肿瘤外侵的程度;提高手术操作的技巧,保护食管胃组织的血液循环,减少手术污染以及加强术后抗炎症治疗和全身支持等措施是预防吻合口瘘发生的关键。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of stage III esophageal cancer. Methods 572 patients with stage III esophageal midline cancer were treated with left or right breast pathology. Results The total resection rate was 79.7%, the postoperative complication rate was 8.8%, the operative mortality rate was 1.1%, and the one-, three-, and five-year survival rates were 76.1% and 39.9%, respectively. 1% and 19.3%.
