九年制义务教育英语学科教材铺开已两年了。新教材的编写,采用“结构——功能法”,侧重听说能力,兼顾读写能力,注意语法系统性,这是当今世界流行的较先进的外语教学法。笔者试教一年,情况不尽如人意,学得好者,为数不少,问题是一部分原来小学里的佼佼者,如今有走下坡路的趋势,有的甚至不及格。家长反映,在小学里,他们一直处于高分的地位,可如今拿回家的常常是七、八十分,有时甚至60分,难以置信。
It has been two years since the nine-year compulsory education English subject teaching materials were laid out. The compilation of new textbooks adopts a “structure-function method” that focuses on listening and speaking skills, taking into account literacy, and paying attention to grammatical and systemicity. This is a more advanced foreign language teaching method that is popular in the world today. The author tried a year, the situation is not satisfactory, there are a lot of good learners, the problem is that part of the original leader in the elementary school, and now there is a downward trend, and some even fail. Parents reported that in elementary school, they have always had a high score, but now it is often seven or eighty, and sometimes even sixty, to take home. It is hard to believe.
