领导力其实很简单,只是很多人把它复杂化,只要我们坚持人人平等,以诚待人,谁都可以成为一个顶尖的领袖。能成为可口可乐公司“南极极地领导力”项目中国队的一员,并与全球六十名队友共赴南极,我确实很幸运,更幸运的是,在跟随英国环保探险家罗伯特·施旺(Robert Swan)及他的团队“2041”学习环保经验的同时,旅程中能留心观察并亲身体会了这位世界著名的“极地领袖”的领导力。在这里综合几点和大家一起分享。
Leadership is actually very simple, but a lot of people complicate it. As long as we uphold equality of all people and treat people with sincerity, anyone can become a top leader. Being a member of Coca-Cola’s “China Antarctic Polar Leadership Team” team and traveling with 60 teammates around the world to the Antarctic, I am indeed lucky and fortunate to follow the example of British environmental explorer Robert Schwang Robert Swan and his team “2041” learn about environmental experience while observing and personally understanding the leadership of this world famous “Polar Leader”. Here are some points to share with everyone.
