目的:探讨正常儿童和化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液中胰岛素样生长因子水平变化的差异。方法:对50例化脓性脑膜炎患儿和45例正常儿童的脑脊液胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ的质量浓度进行监测。并对化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ的质量浓度与蛋白质浓度及葡萄糖浓度和白细胞计数进行相关性分析。结果:化脓性脑膜炎组脑脊液中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ质量浓度均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ的质量浓度与蛋白质浓度均呈正相关(P<0.01,P<0.05),与葡萄糖浓度及白细胞计数相关性不显著。结论:胰岛素样生长因子可作为分析化脓性脑膜炎临床病情的重要依据。
Objective: To investigate the differences of cerebrospinal fluid levels of insulin-like growth factor in normal children and purulent meningitis. Methods: The concentrations of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ in cerebrospinal fluid of 50 cases of purulent meningitis and 45 normal children were monitored. The levels of insulin-like growth factor-I and insulin-like growth factor-II in children with purulent meningitis were also analyzed for the correlation between the concentration of protein, glucose concentration and white blood cell count. Results: The concentrations of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ in cerebrospinal fluid of purulent meningitis group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). The concentration of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ in cerebrospinal fluid of children with purulent meningitis were positively correlated with protein concentration (P <0.01, P <0.05), but not with glucose concentration and leukocyte count . Conclusion: Insulin-like growth factor can be used as an important basis for the clinical analysis of purulent meningitis.
