一、概述剃齿是机械制造行业中广泛应用的精加工渐开线齿轮齿形的重要方法。为保证剃齿刀的使用寿命和被剃齿轮在使用中的啮合平稳性,剃前齿轮齿形要做相应的改变。这种改变就是:保持一定的留剃余量,齿顶修缘,齿根沉割。用标准滚刀是无法加工出这样的齿形的。因而,必须设计适合于加工这种特殊齿形的滚刀。依据齿轮齿形设计确定剃前滚刀的齿形是剃前滚刀设计的关键。按照渐开线平面啮合理论和修缘渐开线理论,作者在本文中导出了剃前滚刀主要设计计算公式,提出了计算机辅助设计剃前滚刀的方法。
I. Overview Shaving is a widely used method of finishing involute gear teeth widely used in the machine building industry. Therefore, it is necessary to design a hob that is suitable for machining this special toothed shape. According to the gear tooth design to determine the shape of the hob before shaving is the key to hob design. According to involute plane meshing theory and repair involute theory, the author derives the main design formula of the shaving hob in this paper, and puts forward the method of computer aided design of the shaving hob.
