气管内一次滴注博莱霉素复制大鼠肺部炎症和胸膜腔内注入角叉菜胶复制胸膜炎动物模型。观察到中药丹参提取的有效单体,764-3对两种炎症模型均有保护作用。明显抑制博莱霉素引起的肺系数增加、肺组织及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中组胺含量的增加、BALF中β-g活性之升高及细胞计数之增多。对角叉菜胶引起的胸膜炎胸腔渗出液量及其中细胞计数、蛋白含量及β-g活性之增高也有明显的抑制作用。该抑制作用有剂量依赖关系。注射给药较口服给药作用稳定。
Intratracheal intratracheal instillation of bleomycin-induced lung inflammation in rats and intrapleural injection of carrageenan-replicating pleuritis in animal models. It is observed that the effective monomer extracted from Salvia miltiorrhiza, 764-3, has protective effect on both the inflammatory models. Significant inhibition of bleomycin-induced lung coefficient increases, histamine and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) increase in histamine content, BALF β-g activity increased and cell count increased. Carrageenan induced pleural effusion volume and cell count, protein content and increased β-g activity also significantly inhibited. The inhibition was dose-dependent. Injection is more stable than oral administration.
