通过对《金属热处理》杂志发表的低碳马氏体应用情况的学习,我们于去年八月开始对低碳钢的淬火以及淬火后的机械性能进行了一次试验。试验选用20钢,试验结果表明,20钢经淬火后不经回火的抗拉强度σ_b由原状态的50kgf/mm提高到122.5kgf/mm~2,屈服强度σ_s由原状态的32kgf/mm~2提高到91.5kgf/mm~2,延伸率达14%,断面收缩率达51%,冲击韧性α_k达7.5kgfm/cm~2。与45钢淬火后低温回火比较,在强度相近的情况下,断面收缩率高2倍,冲击韧性高3倍。
Through the study of the application of low-carbon martensite published by Metal Heat Treatment Magazine, we conducted a test on the quenching of mild steel and the mechanical properties after quenching since August last year. The results show that the tensile strength σ_b without tempering of 20 steel increases from 50kgf / mm to 122.5kgf / mm ~ 2 in the original state, and the yield strength σ_s increases from 32kgf / mm ~ 2 to 91.5kgf / mm ~ 2, elongation of 14%, reduction of area of 51%, impact toughness α_k up to 7.5kgfm / cm ~ 2. Compared with the low temperature tempering of 45 steel after quenching, in the case of similar strength, the reduction of area is 2 times higher and the impact toughness is 3 times higher.
