目的 研究分析针对支原体肺炎患儿采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗的作用.方法 选择2019年1月～2019年12月期间我院儿科收治的56例支原体肺炎患儿为此次研究对象,将其随机分为2组,分别为对照组和研究组,每组28例,两组均采用阿奇霉素治疗,对照组行常规治疗,研究组行序贯治疗,观察两组临床效果和不良反应发生率,并对数据进行统计分析.结果 两组总有效率对比无差异(P>0.05),不良反应发生率对比研究组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在支原体肺炎小儿的治疗中,采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗方案具有显著效果,且具有较高的安全性,值得应用推广.
