禽流感是一种能感染人和动物的烈性传染病,已引起巨大的经济损失,所以对禽流感的诊断防治成为当今研究的一大课题.准确、快速地诊断禽流感是防治的重要前提,日益发展的分子生物学技术在诊断方面无疑具有更大优势,文章就禽流感核酸分子诊断方法研究进展进行综述,对禽流感防控提供参考.
