白屈菜红碱(chelerythrine)是我们从中草药血水草(Eomecon chionantha Hanec.)中提取分离得到的一种抗菌有效生物碱。它对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌、肺炎双球菌、痢疾杆菌等有较强的抑制作用,并能增强机体网状内皮系统和白细胞的吞噬能力。经临床前的毒性实验测得小鼠灌胃LD_(50)为440±37.5mg/kg,腹腔注射LD_(50)为21.75±0.38 mg/kg,静脉注射LD_(50)为16.02±0.34mg/kg,肌肉注射对局部有较大的刺激性,为降低毒性,减小刺激性,以便临床推广试用。我们将白屈菜红碱制备成多种盐,并进行刺激性比较实验,结果不同酸的盐刺激性的大小是不同的,现将白屈菜红碱的六种盐的制备及其刺激性实验结果报告如下。
Chelerythrine is an antibacterial and effective alkaloid extracted from Eomecon chionantha Hanec. It has a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Shigella, and can enhance the phagocytic ability of the reticuloendothelial system and white blood cells. The pre-clinical toxicity test showed that the LD_(50) was 440±37.5mg/kg, the intraperitoneal injection of LD_(50) was 21.75±0.38 mg/kg, and the LD_(50) was 16.02±0.34mg/kg. We prepared chelerythrine into various salts and conducted irritant comparison experiments. As a result, the salt irritancy of different acids was different. The preparation and irritant properties of six salts of chelerythrine were now prepared. The experimental results are reported below.
