开栏语:3月29日至30日,全国对口支援新疆工作会议在北京召开,会议动员全国19个省市对口支援新疆和兵团,确保新疆和兵团实现全面建设小康社会目标。在新疆和兵团改革发展稳定进入又一个关键阶段时,中央决定今年上半年召开新疆工作座谈会,将就新疆跨越式发展和长治久安作出重大决策部署。新疆工作座谈会后,各项加快新疆和兵团发展的政策措施将相继出台,全国对口支援新疆和兵团工作也将掀起高潮。目前,对口援疆、对口支援兵团的工作正全面启动。为此,本刊特开辟“对口支援在兵团”专栏,大力宣传中央对口支援兵团和即将召开的新疆工作座谈会的重要意义,全面宣传中央推进新疆和兵团跨越式发展的重要决策,深入宣传兵团各级贯彻落实中央重大决策的新举措、新成效,充分报道承担对口支援省市在工作中的先进事迹和典型经验。
On March 29 and 30, the national counterpart support work conference in Xinjiang was held in Beijing. The meeting mobilized 19 provinces and cities across the country to support Xinjiang and Corps to ensure that Xinjiang and Corps achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. When the reform and development of Xinjiang and Corps entered another crucial stage of reform and development, the Central Committee decided to hold a symposium on working in Xinjiang in the first half of this year and will make major decisions and arrangements on the leap-forward development and long-term peace and security in Xinjiang. After the symposium on work in Xinjiang, various policies and measures to speed up the development of Xinjiang and its corps will be promulgated one after another, and the work of supporting counterparts in Xinjiang and its corps will also be set off at the climax. At present, the work of supporting Xinjiang and its counterparts supporting the Corps is in full swing. To this end, we hereby open up the “Counterpart Support in Corps” column, vigorously promote the significance of the Central Counterpart Corps and the forthcoming Xinjiang Work Symposium, and fully publicize the central government’s important policy of promoting the leapfrog development of Xinjiang and Corps. Propagandize the new measures and new achievements made by all levels of the Corps in implementing important decisions of the central authorities and fully cover the advanced deeds and typical experiences of counterparts supporting provinces and cities in their work.
