用实时法和二次曝光法对若干带有人工伤的金属试件进行了激光全息无损探伤的实验研究。表明,热加载法是行之有效的,并确认,条纹的畸变与伤有着明显的对应关系,为了提高灵敏度,需在补偿整体位移等方面做进一步的探索。
The laser holographic nondestructive testing of several metal specimens with artificial wounds was carried out by real time and double exposure methods. It shows that the thermal loading method is effective and confirms that there is a clear correspondence between the distortion of the stripe and the wound. In order to improve the sensitivity, it is necessary to make further exploration in the aspects of compensating the overall displacement and so on.
