在农用机械钢结构的生产中,我厂原来加工脱粒机盖板的压筋(图1)有一定的困难;已有的压力机的跨度(立柱间裆距)不够,需要开式模具的材料也多;大、中、小型轧机也没有。因此有时用手敲,成本高,也不理想;省掉之,有损机盖的强度和美观。这时,由领导的建议,工人同志们的集智,技术人员的参加和鉴定,对盖板的压筋问题采用机床加工,效果良好,产品达到了设计上的要求。
