在“以人为本”的数学教学理念下,数学教学唯有创造各种有利条件,让学生心灵绽放,学生才能愉悦地接纳知识,接纳同学,接纳教师,接纳生活,才会发挥潜能,输出创造。在教学实践中笔者主要从以下几个方面入手,取得了事半功倍的效果。问题情境,激发创新;教学艺术,体验成功;捕捉契机,发掘潜能等都是学生在数学课堂上心灵绽放的有效策略。教师的循循善诱,不断的满足他们的求知欲和好奇心,激发他们的学习兴趣,使数学课不再枯燥、抽象,大力挖掘蕴藏在学生身上的丰富的创造潜能,让数学成为充满魅力的一门学科。
