聚合物溶液的粘度主要受其相对分子质量和溶液浓度的影响.聚合物的相对分子质量愈大,配制成相同粘度的聚合物溶液所需浓度愈小.在相同浓度条件下,聚合物溶液的粘度愈大,其驱油效率越高.而在等粘条件下,不同相对分子质量聚合物的驱油效果相同.在剪切速率和岩石渗透率相同条件下,聚合物相对分子质量愈大,溶液的粘度损失愈大;较高相对分子质量聚合物溶液的剩余粘度仍然比较低的大.在大庆油田聚合物驱过程中,选择聚合物相对分子质量的最佳范围应在10×106~17×106之间.
The viscosity of a polymer solution is mainly influenced by its relative molecular mass and solution concentration. The greater the relative molecular mass of the polymer, the smaller the concentration required to formulate a polymer solution of the same viscosity. Under the same concentration conditions, the greater the viscosity of the polymer solution, the more efficient its oil displacement. In the case of equal viscosity, the displacement of different molecular weight polymers is the same. Under the same shear rate and rock permeability, the larger the relative molecular mass of the polymer, the greater the viscosity loss of the solution; the residual viscosity of the higher molecular weight polymer solution is still relatively low. In the process of polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield, the optimal range of relative molecular mass of selected polymers should be between 10 × 106 ~ 17 × 106.
