企业跨国并购最大的障碍来自两国的文化差异,而要想取得并购后预期的商业价值,就必须把文化整合放在首位。要对跨国并购过程中所面临的各种文化差异进行分析,选择适当的文化整合策略,共同打造兼容性强的合金文化。本文以吉利并购沃尔沃为例,分析并购双方的文化差异,并提出相应的文化整合策略,以期为中国企业的跨国并购文化整合提供有益的参考和借鉴作用。
The biggest obstacle to cross-border mergers and acquisitions of enterprises comes from the cultural differences between the two countries. To achieve the commercial value expected after the mergers and acquisitions, cultural integration must be put in the first place. To analyze the various cultural differences in the process of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, select appropriate cultural integration strategies to jointly create a compatible alloy culture. This paper takes Geely M & Vol Volvo as an example, analyzes the cultural difference between the two parties and puts forward corresponding cultural integration strategies in order to provide a useful reference and reference for Chinese enterprises’ cross-border M & A culture integration.
